SNCAT-IFNR, Ferlda Campus

The campus is composed of 200 hectares second growth forest, rich both flora and fauna. It is acquired through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and Surigao del Norte College of Agriculture and Technology (SNCAT) for the purpose of laboratory for Agroforestry and Agriculture students.
Aside from the abundance of Flora and Fauna it has also different scenic views like caves, falls and others that are good for eco-tourism.

To date, this campus is manned by 3 personnel, one permanent and 2 job orders to maintain the 1.2 hectares of coffee plantation and .5 hectare of rattan planted under second growth forest as showcase for the upland farmers in the locality.

Presence of SNCAT in the area serves as catalyst of change in upland farming through the establishment of the demo farm that leads to better harvest and biodiversity conservation.
