efforts to achieve and attain our pre-determined targets. We don’t like to fail, so we continue to labor. We like to produce quality graduates that are competent, that’s why we deliver TVET programs using the competency-based training delivery mode. We want to showcase our qualification programs and technology to the community, that’s why we strengthened our network/linkage to our partners, stakeholders and donors. We want to encourage the youths, out-of-school youths and other sectors of society to develop their skills to be counted in the globally skilled labor force, that’s why we advocate our programs. We want employment to our graduates, that’s why SNCAT will perform the tasks assign with utmost commitment and dedication.

No adjectives can express our gratitude except to implore the Almighty’s blessings to those kind-hearted individuals, partners, LGUs, NGOs, GOs, political leaders, other line agencies, private business enterprises and stakeholders who unceasingly offer their support in the past and hopefully in the future to attain our greatest dream that someday, graduates of SNCAT will become successful entrepreneurs and employable skilled workers. We aspire that, “they do not have to beg for jobs but jobs will beg for them”.

We welcome philanthropists and investors then, who wish to share their efforts and assistance not only to make our institution self-sustaining but indirectly strengthen the backbone of our country.
